ABOUT
ME
Hi, I’m Pixel.
I’m Paula Kadanoff, aka Pixel. I'm a health educator, curriculum writer, advocate, and multipassionate creator. For over 25 years, I’ve worked alongside schools, organizations, healthcare providers, and community groups to create education that is both useful and deeply human.

Pixel Pop is the hub where all my work meets. All of my projects have one goal: to help people feel seen, informed, and supported in a world that often makes that hard.

Why I do this work
I believe education can be transformative when it meets people where they are—offering both clarity and compassion. That belief has guided my career in health and sex education, my advocacy for people with chronic illness, and my work helping individuals and communities set meaningful, sustainable goals.

Her work is guided by the belief that clear, inclusive education has the power not only to inform but also to transform—helping individuals care for themselves, strengthening communities, and fueling social change. Known for her collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves approach, Pixel partners with organizations, schools, and teams to create practical, engaging, and affirming resources that meet people where they are.

You are without a doubt one of the most intelligent, thoughtful educators/trainers I have met. I love the way you pull together information to present it in colorful, thoughtful ways that push people to think. I hold onto and remember pieces of wisdom that you have imparted to me and thank you for that too.
